Brighthouse has been adding $20 collection fee in addition to late fees to my bill. My monthly bill is $20.99 plus tax so they are charging 100% interest in additin to the late fees. They do NOTHING to collect this $20 other than put it on my bill so I believe this COLLECTION FEE is unfair and a RIPOFF to me. I received replacement motor for scooter. Took 11 months to get any action. My mechanic installed the new motor. Could not get it to run right away. Started to investigate the symptom of engine failure to run. He found the following problems with the new motor they sent me for warranty replacement. Was blowing the carburetor off the intake boot. My coworkers and I took a donation and ordered flowers for a coworker's aunt who had passed away. I was horrified to find out that my credit card was charged, but THE FLOWERS NEVER SHOWED. I was sad for my coworker, who I'm certain looked for the flowers, as we always send flowers in these situations, so I'm sure he expected them. I was embarrassed to find out they never showed. What a joke, the paint job lasted two weeks. Every time i wash my car i see another mark on it. Called and they said its luv bug damage we cant do anything about it. I washed my car 4 times since ive owned it. I have owned three cars in florida. I lived in a place that there were many luv bugs and never had this problem. SPD Financial scammed me for $1080.00 on a $200 loan. I found out that their number (800) 474-2995 is bogus and you can't even click on the links on the website itself. When I call the number, a voicemail from a man name Joel pops up and does not return the calls so you are not able to pay off the loan, they keep deducting a $60.00 fee each pay period as long as they can. I paid Freeport Consulting $75 via PayPal for help in appying for government grants. I never received any acknowledgement from them that the payment had been received (although it was indeed charged to my PayPal account) and I never received any further communication from Freeport Consulting. I received a phne call about my payday loan on my home phone number. I was told that they had my numerous request for payment and without payment now it would go to courthouse. Apparently my complaint is an all too common occurence with Max White, Ivory Brites, and My Whitening. I now have $88.97, $78.93, and $83.92, all charged to my credit card, none of which I authorized, after I did authorize a free trial plus shipping and handling. Before you reach the trial offer expiration period, they hit your account with $87 and $89 charges. This company is a scam, the products they seel can be done very easily by the website owner. Also they claim that when they register you with the search engines that it will also OPTOMISE you. haha what a load of twoddle. i know enough now to safely say that this will not and cannot happen. also when they have taken payment via credit or debit card, they will tell you that you will not see reults for 3-9 months as it has to be recognized by the search engines. i was taken for a mug by these people who then refused to refund me leaving me £199 out of pocket. My husband and I have been receiving calls from Takhar Group for nearly a year. We are both disabled and are unable to deal with the constant harassing from them. From what I have learned online, a number of people have posted complaints about this company but not with you. The representatives are terribly rude and accusatory and are not forthcoming with account numbers from Columbia House, dates, etc. but only want my/our social security numbers, credit card information, and/or payments sent to them.
