Unethical contract and billing practice. You find out at the end of the contract term that iIn the very fine print they say you will be billed for "virtual office" services for 3 months for forwarding mail. I Purchased a Cal Flame grill, made by Calspas, along with components from Carribean Pools and Spas. The purchase was made solely as the result of Cal Flame's "Lifetime Component Warranty". This warranty covers the grill, among other things, against corrosion. After 6 months of use, the grill began to show signs of corrosion. poor service : They seem not to care to find a problem that may be difficult or challanging if it may not be something already in the books. They just brush you aside and tell you things that they think will satisfy you until your next visit. They all appear professional and caring on the outside but when inside the system things change, especially if you have difficult to diagnose symptoms. I purchased Ultimate Vocabulary back in January, I tried it, it was OK. The software takes about 3 - 5 minutes to load. I complained to support, no response from support. Fat cow hosting has never disclose what the charge for each products they have, till you have sign up and log in to the control panel, the most frustrating thing is requesting refund. They will deducted 50-60% of your sign up fee and tell you certain products was not refundable, and they are not listed in the terms and condition. The other problem is the construction of the web site, it is so difficult to navigated and try to constructed a web site is a nightmare, and the help desk is not help either. Franklin American provided a GFE (good faith estimate) for my loan. The actual amount, provided at closing, was thousands more. I was given no notice, and was told only that everything is fine along the way. Ladders.com is a job site where an applicant pays to see postions advertised on the web. Inorder for you to apply for any positions you have to join by paying a subscription. They give you an option of 3 months +. I chose 3 months inorder to find a job and paid $75.00. I answered an add in the local paper for postal positions and was told form one of the represesntstives that I spoke with that I should send in money for a book that contained training materials and job lists for the post office. ALKCO sent me a new replacement lighting fixture (Slique T2 SQ213) to replace one that no longer functioned (balast was defective). On installation of the new fixture, my electrician received a severe shock, as the whole casing of the fixture was activated.
