I hired this firm to put together a simple QDRO. In late March of 2009 and early April of 2008 I received updated information on the pension and just now requested lawdata to updated the QDRO. We had purchases a vechicle from Payday Motors, with financing to be done thru Credit acceptance. However, being very unhappy with it and after speaking with owner there, they said they would buy it back from us, they would let finace company know, and that it would be like we never bought it. They also told us that finance company agreed and car was taken back to them. It now has been brought to my attention that it was placed on my credit and my spouses credit as a repossession. Has anybody ever heard of Credit4equity.com? They have preconstruction projects, where they claim that the builder has incentives for purchasing. They build in emerging markets, ex: San Antonio, and Austin area. One of the benefits is that you can receive anywhere from 60K - 125K per deal after the sale, or if the property is not sold within the 9mnths of the loan, then the builder will buy the property back and give you the $$$ for the deal.
