Liability Insurance
I purchased general liability insurance (paid in full) on my martial arts school in August 2005 from F.L. Dean. They wewre advertised in a martial arts magazine as a top insurance company for martial arts liability.
I sold the school in January 2006 and notified Dean by e-mail, fax and phone that I was no longer in business, asking them to cancel the policy and return any balance due.
To date, they have not complied. They claim it was sent to the insurance writer and I would hear from them.
I want my money. I have been more than patient as I feel it doesn't take 5 months to complete a refund.

Wembley Arena
Hash: SHA1 I purchased two tickets for "The Black Eyed Peas" for a performance at the "Wembley Arena" in the UK. Upon arrival to the venue, I was informed that the arena is a completely non smoking venue. If I attended the concert, I could not smoke and no facilities were available to smoke in-side or outside of the venue. If we entered and left to smoke I would be refused re-admittance. iPayment Inc. is holding $2000 of my funds because after a great 3 year track record, they decided I was a security risk due to some ridiculous chargebacks from customers which already recieved their parts. They told me they will have to hold my funds for 6 months in case another chargeback comes through. Despite their promise, another bogus chargeback came through for $700, and iPayment debited my account any ways. They told me they would use the funds on hold for future chargebacks. iPayment has stolen $2700 from me, and it took me 5 phone calls to even find out why. read full review »

I signed up for a three-line T-Mobile Family Plan at Apex Telecom (113 10th St, Oakland, CA, 94607). There was supposed to be a $800 rebate after 27 weeks from Apex (not T-Mobile). After 18 months I still have not received the rebate. After about 7 months I went to the store at least 3 times (about once each month). Each time they said they will look into it. I also sent a letter to them regarding this matter on June 12, 2005. As of today (June 23, 2008) I have not heard from them or receive any communication regarding the rebate. read full review »

I showed them different price points to see what they wanted and they chose the arrangement they wanted. I delivered and set up this wedding personally. The Kokomo Swifty Gas Station is a "feeding frenzy" when their prices are lower than other stations. Patrons have to unsafely get in line on U.S. 31 to await their turn into the station. There is no one in charge of those people patiently waiting in line for their turn, nor anyone who polices it. The attendants pay no attention to vehicles who "cut in line" and the patrons are getting upset. Bigger cities have shootings over this type of occurrence. Counterforce USA ---alarm system
In April 2006 we signed a 3 year agreement for counterforce to install and monitor an alarm system in our home. The system never worked right. The batteries were constantly going out, the inside of the panel was broken so our phone service was always going out( THANK GOD FOR CELL PHONES), the system would not arm as it said we had multiple doors open when they were closed and locked. I just received in the mail 2 overdrafts for $70 total because of 2 unathorized Visa withdrawals from Colo Cure LLC. The first is for $49.95 causing my account to overdraw and the bank charged me $35.00. The second is for $4.95, that I assume is for shipping and handling, which caused another $35.00 overdraft fee. I Q Data International has been trying to collect for a months rent and esrly termination fee for an apartment that I left on May 31st of 2008. I have been conversing with them and advising them of my finacial situation and they have told me that they will work with me and not send me to collections and last week I got a copy of my credit report and I found that it was on there after they told they would wait until I could pay. i bought $130 of food today, the hamburger I boutht was sour I live 15 minutes away and put my groceries away as soon as I got h ome I put the hamburger in the refrigerator at 2:00 by 6:00 pm it had a rotton smell that I did not want to eat. This is not the first time this has happened. I bought steaks that went directly in the freezer and I am almost afraid to thaw them out and eat them for our family bbq this weekend. This company is extremely unethical. Does not pay suppliers.
We know of several cases that they pay unlicensed people to bring them buyers for their condos. Be careful when approaching them. The owner seems to be very well spoken but he is a scam artist. Will not sign contract with suppliers and will make them work for free on the promise that in the future he will pay them. After they have done the work they find all sorts of excuses not to pay.

My complaint is about a college that has a lot of complaints against them right now and I think they should be reported the Better Business Bureau. I recently ordered a piece of jewelry which was sent to me via UPS. The package arrived on time. When I opened it, all the paperwork was in there, but there wasn't any jewelry. An inspection of the package revealed that the postage had been ripped off of the original package and taped onto the package I received. I fell for the SkinID commercials and bought myself some acne treatment thinking I could test it out and see if it would make my face clear up. I received my acne treatment March 17. I have been using it twice daily ever since that day. It is now the beginning of May and not only has my face gotten really dry, but my zits have gotten WAY worse. Called Sears 5:00 am on 5/5/09 for service on our water heater because no hot water. Sears sent service technician out on 5/6/09.
Technician left without repairing heater because did not have the parts, which will take 4 days to receive. So we, a family of 8 including 4 children will have to bath with cold water for 4 days.
Called Sears Service center to complain, but was transfered twice, finally ending to a recorded voice message.
We purchase all our appliances from Sears.

A couple of days back, the police forced into our apartment saying that they have heard a complain of the domestic violence. I was surprise because the only thing that happenned was our child was crying during that time. They come inside and started searching our small apartment and started to interogate me.
In our bedroom, there is space where we keep our deities and do Puja. My wife is a little bit more of the religious than me - so she request them not to go to that space with shoes on.

The sign by the FM 1960 roadside advertised $2.75 Crawfish, which led me to chose to dine there with my daughter due to the discounted price, yet at the time of the payment, I was charged $3.99 per pound. I addressed the issue with management, and was told by the manager that he would pay me the difference in cash. The manager returned saying "the owner will not let me refund the diference because everyone who eats here knows that our advertised special is only good on Tuesdays."

Don't go to this spa!!! This is the worst spa I have ever been to. To begin with, I had to stand outside waiting for one someone to let me in. I arrived at my appointment time only to find the door locked. When I started to leave after about 20 minutes someone finally showed up. The woman pulled up in a BMW and parked in the handy caped space! She didn't have a handy caped plate.
