Bekins moved my household on Nov. 15, 2005 and was due to deliver on Nov. 18, 2005. The truck did not make the delivery due to a "breakdown", didn't make it the next day either. My complaint is that after ordering a large sausage pizza from Giuseppes from my hotel room. One hour and fifteen minutes later I received a cold extra large pepperoni pizza. Nearly one month ago, I ordered (online) plants from thid nursery. I have called the number provided in their catalogue repeatedly and get a continuous busy signal. Client Services, Inc. is the collections agency that Citibank uses after their collections attempts have failed. My secondary complaint is in regard to the associates' behavior. On 7/16/08, my husband & I spoke with a Matt Kaplan from SellItNowMotors. We were told that our 1928 Ford Model A would be sold within 6 months. In order to list, we had to pay them $299.00. This company claims to be a small business loan company. They find lenders and then require an insurance payment to guarantee the loan. The first Loan attempt .. They TRIED TO RIP ME OFF!!! I took it there for an oil change, simply job unscrew a couple bits screw together and fill. WRONG they manage to royally mess it up. They stripped the threads in the oil pan, for non tech savy people that means they need to replace the oil pan! These Ebay scam artists got me! I bought a "sealed" nintendo (nes) game from them thinking it was preserved BY THEM since it was originally sold in stores. It turns out that they just buy sealed and resealed games from other people on Ebay and then sell them AGAIN on ebay, but this time it's in a clear acrylic case. Oh and almost double the price!!! On May 1, 2009 I purchased a Conair Mini Hairdryer from your Lake City Walgreens location. I purchased this item for a trip i will be takeing at the end of this month. My wife and I bought new frames and lenses and frames two years ago, We went in today May 7th with prescriptions to get new lenses for our two yr. old frames. We have insurance that will pay for the lenses with a 25 dollar copay. By the way the original glases were bought at sears in Salina. We were told that we would be charged 25 dollars for useing the old frames . We feel that there should not be charged for likeing our old frames well enough to want to keep them for one more set of lenses. We picked up our prescriptions and left. My son ordered a CD with information on federal grants from someone who called him and charged my debit card what was suppose to be a one time fee of $2.95, in January, 2009. Since then every month they have been taking money out of my account twice a month once from websaveclub.com for 34.95 and once from mygrantsitetoo.com for 39.95. I have been unable to find a phone number to call and get them to give my money back. I have cancelled my debit card but want to get my money back totaling almost $150.00 now.
