Springs Values
Schulz May 6, 2009
A simple request to stop delivery of the “Springs Values” weekly to my address has proved unsuccessful. Unfortunately, customer service at The Gazette is non-existent. The Springs Values weekly is a collection of ads and sales by King Soopers, Albertsons, and Safeway grocery stores, which are delivered weekly to subscribers of the Gazette. However, being a retired veteran I shop for groceries at the Ft. Carson commissary, which saves our household over 30 percent in grocery costs. On April 1, 2009 I spoke with a customer ser... read full review »

This Company has been charging my account, $49.95 for 6months. I have tried to stop this before. I finally got the information on this company. I called and they said they can only stop any further payments made to them but, they could not refund what they have taken. When I call to speak to a manager, I get hung up on, or call, and the phone just rings. This company has helped me in no way. They should be put out of business. And lawsuits to refund all those they have scamed money from. read full review »

Rowenta irons violate safety standards. Brenda from Rowenta doesn't know and won't offer email to customer service. Rowenta also has no MSDS safety sheet and does not know what materials were used to make the compact iron. It took over 10 minutes to obtain this useless information because they made me wait on the phone for that long! AVOID ROWENTA IRONS! read full review »

Garmin Nuvi 760
David May 6, 2009
Ordered a new Garmin Nuvi 760 with a GPS case for what I thought was a great deal - $268.94. I even printed a screen shot of the transaction. But when I checked my credit card I was charged 298.64. I called the company and spoke with Jon McKay, I said that it must have been a mistake that I was overcharged $30 and that I would like a correction. Jon McKay from 86photovideo.com said that that is not a mistake, and that they charged me a processing fee. I told him that the checkout screen did not indicate a $30 processing fee and none of their... read full review »

Write to the CEO of Grand Crowne and request that they replace the bogus card with a new one that actually works. read full review »

Erie Auto Credit

I heard about a place in Erie, Pennsylvania in July of 2008 that help people with bad, or no credit purchase a car. They were a branch of New Motors in Erie, PA. They sell people cars that are financed through Credit Acceptance with a high interest rate, which i suppose is to be expected. I was looking at a 2000 chevy tracker with 88k miles. It seemed like a good enough car at the time, except the payments were going to be $332 a month. I didn't understand how i was paying that much for a car when a friend of mine was paying $360 a month... read full review »

FIA card services master card
jyd2000 May 6, 2009
Arbitrarily lowered my credit limit from $49, 000 to $25, 000. I have had the card for 15 years. I never carry a balance (i.e. I pay the full balance every month), and I have never had a late payment, and I my balance never approaches the limit. I called to question this and they lowered my limit to $20, 000 as punishment for questioning them I guess. I have never asked for a limit increase and this is the only credit card I use. Cutting my credit limit by 60% on the only card I use has had a significant negative impact on my credit rating. read full review »

We purchased an oak 3-unit cabinets, two bookcases and a center TV unit. We were told this was "heritage-type furniture".
