Be very wary about doing any contract work for Brilliant Blue, they currently owe me thousands of dollars, will not answer emails or return phone calls. The next step for me is to file a small claims suit against them to collect my fees. I requested information about their puppies. They sent me a rude email. They would not give or show a copy of the pedigree of the puppies. Why do you think that is? I got a mailed package that promises 4 free tickets form the company. I turns out to be a website where i have to give credit card informationa nd I never got the tickets. You are nickel and dimed for information that you can get in other sites for free before you see any of the promised products. We signed a contract with Carolyn's Model & Talent Agency last year for my daughter. Basically we paid for pictures from their photographer. The pictures were horrible not even worth a $ 100 but we paid around $ 600. Of course I have a contract with ATT for cell phone service. It appears this contract only works one way-I pay, no matter what. Even if my new phone does not work, the extra features of the phone do not work, the phone dies and loses the signal. It has been replaced 3 times now and I still cannot use it. Do not eat at the McDonalds on the Skyway I-90. Besides being filthy my husband was served coffee with three worms in the bottom.
