I have been getting letters from these people asking me to pay a school loan saying they reffered by the US Dept. of Edu. I have sent them proof, through my attorney, that my school loan has been paid in full. My attorney also requested that they send further documentation and was ignored. I too contracted Van Kirk to build my pool back in 2004. They broke ground on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my yard was a debacle for that holiday weekend and for 6 more months to come. We never received notice of a class action by John Hancock Life Insurance Company on our Univesal Life Insurance. The encouraging salesman stated that when we retired this would be paid. This company has false advertising. When I called to dispute the charge that was placed on my credit card, the representative told me that the company states that the consumer will be billed if not returned in 14 days. The information is hidden under the free trail box! The representive also said that the company sends out emails confirming shipment and states the terms. I never received the email. Maybe it went into my junk box. I feel that this company fully misrepresents the free trail offer. If they stand behind their product, there would be no need to scam the consumer! This company withdrew $17.93 from my account claiming to be the fee for loan researching. The site did not mention any fee for researching for a loan. Apparently this stems from the Last Chance site. I called 877-258-2584 on 4/6/2009 and spoke with "Michelle". She claimed to have cancelled my account but guess what? My account was again debited for $17.93 on 4/8/2009!!! I got into credit card debt and needed help. I was set up with a so-called counseler and after listening and thinking, I decided to go with Clear Debt Results. Avent bottles leak!!! Almost pour!!! When I shake them to mix formula it leaks all over my clean floors or counter! So I tried stirring the formula in first and then feeding it to my baby...
