It took over a month to get an appointment I called in the beginning of April and the next available appointment was May 22nd! I went for a tour at Morningstar Senior Living down in Applewood, Colorado and I was greeted by the employees in the most rudest ways. Who greets their guest with a stare down and an evil glare? CSN Stores runs Racks and Stands.com and it should be called RACKET and Stands! We ordered what we thought was a modular set of cabinets for our stereo only to get one small box containing ONE small cube cabinet for $119! It seems if you click the tiny print and click again and scroll down they explain that the "set" is actually sold in pieces..costing hundreds of dollars. I now have to pay to ship it back AND a re-stocking fee. I guess the re-stocking fee holds them over until some other poor sucker gets duped by their deceptive ads. Called to have 1 deadbolt installed, 1 deadbolt replaced, keys the same for the new deadbolts and to have one deadboat fixed. Was rushing and was told the deadboats would be $195 and $145. To drill the hole would be $150 and each deadbolt would be $40 to rekey. I was not adding in my head the different amounts but I was aware the prices seemed high. I spent an hour on my cell phone trying to get this corrected. I got hung up on, they played like they couldn't hear me until I said I was making a police report. They refused to refund the charges and I did not order, authorize, receive ANYTHING. On 3/8/09 they took $6.99; on 3/23/09 they took $69.99, on 4/7/09 they took $54.98, and on 5/7/09 they took $54.98. Yep, me too. Ordered the 2 cups, 2 travel mugs, and two 12-ounce bags of coffee for $25.00. Then, left town for a week's vacation. I have been to your store at 1094 Hines rd. in York, Pa. several times but have been unable to do any shopping most of the time because they only have one motorized riding cart for the disabled and most of the time it is unmavailable. Some time during the middle of the night our hot water heater ruptured flooding the kitchen and dinning room. I didn't even get the product until 4-5 days after ordering it, how could I use it within 10 days? the company has an easy way to cancel order but should have given more time to trial it before automatically taking the money out of my checking account.
