What is the best solution to get my money back. I paid $113 USD back in Oct 2008 and never received the photo book. When I emailed them they said it was due to be shipped. Of course they were lying. I then requested a refund (which they claimed was only $67 USD, which could be because the company is England and this is the exchange rate). Then they claim they have reversed my charges on credit card. They never did. I have been in touch with my bank. But they suspect they will not make a reversal at this point. I purchased and downloaded this software Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate), which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase. Since by now I had received the DVD disk that I purchased, I had no need to re-download the original software. I requested the Digitalriver refund the original download price, and they refused. I ordered a DVD series from them for the Carol Burnett Show. It took 13 days to get it and once I did, I was very disappointed. Me and six year-old son decided to have a dinner after a school recital to the Boca Ale House. We were seated after 30 minutes after being told that the wait time is 20 minutes. My son and I sat and was greeted by a young server after 10 minutes or so. I ordered immediately: Hot dog and onion rings, fruit smoothie for my son.
