I have had a horrible time trying to reach 4 different companies about charges on one of my credit cards. My attempts to email these companies has not been successful at all. I spoke to Dell about my new laptop that was running slow. They informed me that a program they sell will spped it back up. It's called PC Tuneup and it's forsale on the Dell webite. When I went to purchase it, it redirected me to Iolo.com web site to pay for it. So I did. I installed it and then ran it. It took about 2 hours and then it needed to reboot my computer. Withdrew money from my checking account without my knowledge. I paid the check in full 6 months ago. They never called me or send me one letter stating there was still money owed. Its been over three weeks since I mailed my under warranty Suunto Vector ($200) watch in to fix a faceplate condensation and a battery O ring seal problem. I called the customer service to cancel my Fit Factory account over 4 months ago, yet have continued to receive the product and not be charged. Stay away from purchasing shoes from Finish Line. If you purchase a pair of shoes, even if they cost $159.99 they will make sure they are impossible to return. We bought a pair of these shoes for my daughter. The shoes were 1/2 size too big. We live 4 hours (one way) away from this store, with the closest store being 3 hours (one way) away from us. We cannot mail the shoes to them or the main company for a refund or replacement. We have to drive 8 hours to take care of this. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE. I found a web site that advertised FREE information for individuals and businesses that offer information for government grants. My grandson is starting his own business and the site said that the CD was only $2.95 so I ordered the CD. I went into my checking account to check my balance and found that they had deducted $39.95 without my permission! I am on disability as my only source of income and need that money returned to me since the CD was worthless to me. I order a risk free trial for $4.95. I was shipped 5 packages. Didn't think anything about it I figured if I could actually lose weight on it I could use them all. I ordered a heating mat on March 2, 2009. It came promptly, but they sent a 120 volt mat instead of the 23o volt mat that was ordered. They said they would send out the correct one, which they did, and charge my credit card another $640, which they did. Cielo Azul's CEO use to sell audio books by phone for one of Lovato's failed public companies - he had two of them and both went broke. He is a con man full of mis-representation and non-disclosures. References are friends and business associates. Lovato is a nurse who claims to be an investment banker. The guy has a rolodex and is good at talking and writing business plans that are fictional. Ordered online with this company for a 14-day free trial, offer claims you will be charged $6.99 for shipping. Received product, bunch of junk. On April 3 of 2009, I received a letter from my carrier, Verizon, that I had switched and authorized a change in my phone service to worldcom for my local and long distance. I do not have long distance with ANYONE. I did not speak to anyone from MCI about this switch. When I asked the Verizon rep, he said that MCI has been known for using pop ups that when you click on, it sends a cookie/spyware to their computers and changes your service. WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE.
