I am not at all satisfied with Valencia. When I attempted to enroll, in December 2007, they had three different people handling my file. Two on the East Campus, one on the West. I had originally applied and taken the entrance test at the West Campus in 2002. They still had my original file, under my maiden name. I ordered a free trail of this product one month ago. They never sent the free trail, or anything else, yet they charged me over $80.00 on my credit card. They will not allow you to contact them by phone, they put you on hold then disconnect. You can not contact them by e-mail either. A few weeks ago I received a call from a collection agency (called Revenue Assurance Partners) and they were very nasty said I owed for the yellow pages. I called her back and she said since I mailed in a check in 2007 I still owed $295.00. So I went to my file cabinet (I keep detailed files) and low and behold I made a copy of the invoice and mailed a check to them. I authorized 2.95 for a cd and still have yet to get that cd and now they charged me for 39.95 that I did NOT authorize. if you call 877-495-1145 customer service and sit on hold for about 10 mins you will get someone and then just argue with them repeatedly that you want a refund and to cancel and they will do it. At one time I received a check by DHL from NY of $25, 000, I called the bank (Bank of America) to verify if the check was legit, I was told that the best way is to try and deposit in your account and see if it will go through. I purchased a Boxer from this breeder (Jamie Larsen). She claimed the boxer had a slight case of coccidia but that the dog had been treated and was fine. I purchased a plasma TV at Circuit City applied for there store credit with the promotion of 3 years of no interest. A week later I received my card in the mail but it was a Circuit City Visa not the store card. My husband and I wanted to close his IRA with Ameriprise and transfer part of the money to an IRA at our bank and the rest to an IRA at another brokerage. We gave them specific instructions, and even wrote on the forms that the transfer to the bank was to take place first and only after that was the remainder to be sent to the other brokerage firm. I came across this website offering CD for $2.29 Shipping only. However, I didn't get the CD and they charged me $39.95 monthly fee. I called the 800 # from my bank report 1-800-487-7085 and spent more than 15 minutes trying to get the person (in India) to understand I wanted to cancel my account. I returned the product for false advertising. The product was supposed to work with no change of habits. When I received the product, it told all the directions as to what to eat and how much to exercise. All it was, was an exercise and diet plan that you needed to change to. The pills did nothing.
