Eagle Warranty is a SCAM!! We have had nothing but headaches with them. There were 2 cases of service request that they denied, stating that the issue had been fixed on a previous service to the car (then to be called by a "supervisor" and told that we were lying). I found out on 3/9/2009 that the apartment complex that we live in is no longer owned by The Bethany Group. They sent a flier offering to give those that paid their rent by 3/3/2009 -two hundred dollars off of their rent with a raffle. I believe it was a scam to get as much money out of the tenants. This place installed the wrong carpet in my hallway and refused to fix it. There theroy was that I got a higher quality carpet so they were not going to do anything about it. Even though it was not what I ordered. I am still contemplating calling an attorney especially since Rob told me that if the made this mistake on a $10000 job they would have to fix it. I Was referred to him for a "Psych Evaluation" which was biased toward young people and quite a joke to an intelligent person. He made a lot of false assumptions and included them in his report. We recently purchased a boxer puppy from Rhyan King of South Fork Boxers and discovered she was sold to us when she already had an infection. We took her to the vet as soon as possible and they told us she had kennel cough. By that point, our other boxer had already gotten sick. On April 24, 2008 my husband and I purchased a waterbed from Oasis bedrooms. Eight months later the bed sprung a leak, ruining the entire bed. I had the same bill for at least 4 months, Verizon FIOS says some companies have authority to add miscellaneous charges to my bill. But for me to correct and error on their bill about an extra set top box rental, I was on the phone for an hour. Why can't I correct it quicker? AT&T and FIOS are probably in cahoots with them.
