I purchased a Tissot watch from Peoples Jewelers in Newmarket Ontario, Canada, 2 years 3 months ago. I returned the watch about 2 weeks after I bought it because it would not keep time. This company provides managed "care" prescription drug services to members. They require the use of a mail order service for any prescription used long term. The customer mails the paper prescription from the doctor, then awaits the appearance of the medication. The medication prescribed for me was on the Medco formulary at a premium price. Norfolk Financial Corp had a judgement against me, two weeks before christmas they took my car. They then held my car for over four weeks, (by law they have 14 days to sell) they got $1000. for my 2001 dodge with 31000. miles on it!! I begged them for a payment arrangement I was told no. I had this company fix my sewer at an apartment building I own. They were suppose to clean the mess they created. They charge $2500.00, and said the clean up was part of their service. I had work done to a supply hose under my kitchen sink. After the job was done there was a leak coming from the garbage disposal attachment. I called to ask what Able Plumbing's standard operation procedure was when there was still a problem after their repairman left a job. I bought a pair of shoes last year on 21st May 05 from Venice Collection ( address above). The heel came off and I took the shoes back. I changed my four tires for my 2001 Honda Accord EX 4 cyllinder car from Firestone Tire Center at 3161 EL CAMINO REAL, Santa Clara, CA. (408) 243 9644. I purchased a DR250 exact replacement drum from Computer Friends - All Toner. When the cartridge arrived I opened up the well packed box and everything looked fine. I replaced the cartridge, as I have done many time before, and turned on the machine. As soon as the machine started the plastic "first sheet" from the cartridge got stuck in the printer. QuikDrop franchise in Hickory Hills, IL operates in noncompliance of their published payment policy. Their printed Terms and Conditions state seller will be paid "within 14 days of receiving the selling price". I placed several items with them on 12-26-2007. As of 2-3-2008 I have not received a dime! All items sold within 7 days. Their excuse is they view all items as a single transaction and are waiting for the final item's payment to clear. When I placed my internet order, a couple of hours later a rep with a thick accent called me and left a message saying that me that my credit card information was 'lost' and she needed it again. In a nut shell I made my Ferbruary 2009 monthly payment over the phone and by accident gave GE Money Bank my daughters business acoount instead of her personal bank account to make the payment. We discovered the mistake within an hour from making the payment over phone and called customer service to cancel the payment and re-route the payment from her business checking account to her personal checking acccount. This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. I have accounts linked to my accounts at usaa. I went to make a normal transfer and they froze my accounts. I have no access to my acounts and this is the account that has all of my direct deposits going in. I've called numerous times and the only answer they give me is until further notice my accounts are frozen. This is so ridiculous.
