I purchased the Pro Acai Berry diet pills from 1 of their pop-up websites and it said it was a free trial bottle and I would be billed only $4.95 for the shipping and handling. We purchased and entire kitchen suite of appliances from LG Electronics and within two months had an issue with the icemaker. For the next 7 months the icemaker was change 4 times, the computer was changed, the control valve was changed along with the harness. It was finally determined that the refrigerator was unrepairable and would be replaced. I recently ordered a bike from Nashbar and about 3 weeks later, someone charges thousands of dollars to my credit card fraudulently. I was rang up for almost $4, 000. One item (an ID printer) was delivered to Canton Ohio which made me suspiscious it was Nashbar because their warehouse is located there. Sub Zero has gives exclusive contracts for warranty repair. Our Sub Zero refrigerator required service, parts were covered under warranty, but labor was not covered. We were charged $698 labor for two hours and six minutes labor. This works out to $335 per hour. This company charged our credit card $381.00 without authorization of this. I then called to tell them that I had never authorized this charge. They told me they would check the recording and get back to me. I told them to do so as I know I never authorized this. I asked for this man's name and he refused to give it to me. I orderd a free bottle of this colon cleans along with acai berry without realizing I was signing up for a monthly delivery and 14 day trial. My husband spoke to someone in their office on the phone today about purchasing 50 lbs of Abba 1600 parakeet seed. He was told he could come between 2 and 5 pm.
