I borrowed 300.00 (three hundred dollars) from this company. They advertize as a pay day loan advance. 134.00 as coming out of my pay check every two weeks. After 564.00, came out and I received an E-mail saying 134.00 was coming out again. I called them and they said I purchased phone cards with the monies taken out. I ordered a Slimskake sample and paid for it by credit card. I contacted them today at 1-800-360-1477 and talked to a Mark James who asked if I had read the fine print that stated I had twenty days to cancel the subscription. I canceled my subscription today on 3/11/2009 which is 21 days from the date of the order. I said that I was going to dispute the charge with my bank and he said that if I did that it might hold up the return of my money. They are very deceptive in their marketing. Well I was a customer for 3 years. All I have to say is that after you get your new hair and wear it for one month, the hair starts getting very dry and brittle and starts falling out of the hair system. Myron A. Grace has been scamming investors/actors out of hundreds of thousands of Dollars around the country for several years! He posts numerous adds on Craigslist promising to film everywhere, entices them to invest their money and time working as actors and then disappears while leaving them holding the bag. They lose everthing they invested, no one ever has made a return of their investment or ever getting a penny of their money returned. We are self employed and signed on to Mega Health a few ears ago. I paid off my credit card balance with Younkers in Sept. 08 and HSBC services has been charging me a $30 a month late fee every month since. I have charged nothing since Sept. and I do not owe any late fees but despite phone calls and letters to the company I get no where. When I called they were rude and I got the run around. Every month they add another late fee on top of the previous late fee and are charging interest on the late fees. Can they legally do this? This is also effecting my credit score. I ordered a trial of the acai berry supplement and had to call them because it had not arrived as stated but was charged for it. Then a week later I was charged another 29.95 fee on my account. When I called the number I was given the run around and transferred. they told me that it was for a program that went with the supplement that gave access to a help/exercise website. I ordered a tranmission 9/07, gave my credit card for full payment. They sent the wrong transmission. I refused to accept the transmission from the delivery company terminal. It was returned to Pheonix 5 days later. They lied and said they never received the transmission. I contacted my credit car company. They lied to my credit card company, that they never received the transmission. I followed with a copy of the delivery slip from the shipping company.
