Lately I have been receiving phone calls at my home from a company called Gryphon Rewards. They call several times a day if I do not answer the calls. Two days ago my husband answered the phone and told them to take our numbers off their calling list. They told him that they needed to speak to me before they did that. I just purchased (1/17/09) a Simmons Beautyrest mattress. From day one I experienced terrible sagging, hard hump in middle and on sides, even though using proper frame according to Simmons customer service and warranty. Sagging only happens when you lie on it (at least so far). Warranty only if sagging while not lying in it. I paid GOF Inc to ship my household goods from California to Ireland on 7/12/08. My goods still have not been delivered. They are in the UK and will not be released due to GOF failing to pay the import freight costs and destination delivery costs associated with my shipment. SWReg, Inc. failed to deliver the software (via disc). I purchased Abrosoft morphing software in early December 2008 and was able to download it. However, I also paid an additional $10 to receive the disc, but it has not been delivered as of Feb18, 2009. I have attempted to contact SWReg but have not had any response. I recently received notification that Chase Bank was taking over my VISA account from Washington Mutual and raising my rate all the way up to 26.99% as of March 1, 2009, which is like a default rate.
