I placed an order for some medications which were not received on a promised day or later. When I called their 1-800 number I was told I have a back order with no estimated date of delivery. Our ice machine stopped working in the heat of the summer her in Dallas. I looked up A/C Appliance Masters online and called up Gil. He then came out and pumped Freon in the system. The telemarketing rep never says allows me to talk, but says there 'calling from my card company' I asked how they are legally allowed to have my full credit card number, thre rep said there not! I purchased a set of tires from one of their stores located at 16556 Bernardo Center DR. to the tune of $640.00. Minor points: They missed two ducts, did not replace three duct covers, and just brought in a vacuum, not the amazing machine they touted at sale.
