I placed an order in April of this year for a IOGear wireless keyboard and mouse combo. It came quickly and after plugging it in I noticed that the mouse did not appear to charge when placed in the recharger, as the green light did not come on. These people are very bad news. Most of the hardware at these stores is low-grade OEM stuff, not proper boxed equipment .. their return policy is garbage, the prices are too high, they will blame you for ANYTHING, even if the product was defective. They messed up their system by not having the weights of the video cards they sell. Because of this, it took them an extra day to ship out my item. I had paid for 3 day air because I needed by a certain date. We spoke about the mess-up before they shipped. They refused any responsibility in the delay and I was forced to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to 2-day air in order to get my package on the same day. Not only did they neglect to mention it on their site until almost 2 weeks after, but they never even bothered to acknowledge they received my money. Stay away from this company. I only order-ed the trial product, which was free but you had to pay-for the shippping of 4.96. Which they did charge me for that but two weeks later they charged my credit card for 79.96. when you call the other number 718-986-5316 is said it's no longer an working number. Howdy, its been i while. my last post for this company was positive. after that positive post, everything went to hell. the asus mobo they gave had the voltage jumpers switched from auto detect to 2.0v. their tech is a complete moron. eventually my mobo and athlon burnt up. sent the mobo back to gctech, it took over a month to get my stuff back, they sent my a crappier motherboard, and took another month to refund the difference. also my cdrom burned up, got a new one, burnt up again last month, oh well. all i have to say is beware of the company. and yes, gilbert is still a idiot. read full review »

The message stated that this was 'Anthony Edwards' and that he was calling from the county sheriff's office as a courtesy to inform me that 'papers would be filed against me for fraud and theft by check', but that I could avoid these charges by calling this toll-free number. We placed an order a month ago and didn't receive a confirmation email. We thought that was strange and tried to call them and the number was disconnected. We emailed them though their contact page on their website and never heard back from them. Our credit card was charged at the time of purchase. I bought a new car in 2005. When I brought it in for its first oil change, Marc, the owner or manager (I'm not sure which) offered me a lifetime oil change card for $150.
