Bought a Dell power supply from these people. Received it, found that it didn't solve my problem and returned it under their RMA policy. All this happened before Sept. 15, 2007. MB digital Underground has used electronic checks to remove money from two different checking accounts of mine. One check had my son's name on it (he and I are both owners of that checking account) with some odd address in Plainfield, Wisconsin. We live in Columbus, Ohio. I recently ordered a 1.33 GHz iBook G4. Found them via Google Shopping and saw they had the best non-eBay price on a machine. Order was processed and shipped within 24 hours, and arrived in the condition described. 24 hours later, I've checked out just about everything and I'm very happy with the machine. The information on the "My Account" page of their site doesn't update very often, and one of the phone numbers on the site (800 number in the invoice) is wrong. I placed an order for a machine on June 9, 2008 and "due to heavy volume" did not receive it until the end of July. Right out of the box there were issues. The unit would not boot. In a subsequent call to tech support it was requested that I remove the motherboard and send it back to them, which I declined to do. I received a shipment today (8/26)and the box was broken open with the packing materials falling out. What I found inside was disturbing. A previous customer's angry letter accompanying his return shipment which Adventure RV never read. As it turned out I have the same problem as this previous customer--wrong size because the website did not specify sizes. My old Kenmore Dryer broke so I needed a used dryer. I went to Accord Appliance on Roscoe and purchased a slightly used Kenmore dryer. Mark/Mike the owner was supposed to deliver it at 8pm the following day. He NEVER showed up to deliver my appliance! I called three times to confirm the appointment and he never returned my calls. I purchased the ADT 350Mhz computer back in April of 1999. Not only did I recieve a cheap built computer, but the Pentium II processor installed was re-called and I never recieved anything concerning it. When my computer finally died, the repair shop told me, they nolonger made those processors or the mini boards which where installed. Although I continue to shop around looking for the best price, I always use Adrenaline as a referance to judge the price vs. service and return.
