Just had a horrible experience there where they refused to honor Internet prices claiming they were listing dealer costs not sales...yet nothing on the site says they AREN'T the sale price. I transfered to Dr Robinson from Olympia. I have been disabled for 5 years, the MRI she did was abnormal. I asked her to fill out disability papers for me and she took the forms and told me to pick them up next visit. The next visit she did not ask how I was, she got red in the face and up close to me. She threw the forms down and called me a fraud. Told me I needed a psychiatrist. I have had a Neurologist since my brain accident, endless tests that all shoe deterioration of the brain. I got a trial of a product and upon receipt found in the small print what would be charged me if I didn't cancel the product. I immediatley cancelled and was told to keep the trial and no further charges would be made. NOT TRUE! I discovered a charge to my debit card today and called the company. I'm making this complaint in behalf of my wife who a few months back subscribed to the Game Saver service of receiving a computer game a month for $6.95 each. There is no problem getting the games on a monthly basic but so far our credit card gets charged twice for every game received. It's next to impossible to talk to a person to correct this problem. I've been a customer of truecredit since 2002. Today, I learned that they had significantly change my service without first notifying me. In my view, this practice is unacceptable, poor customer service, and a just bad business practice. in November 2007 got an estimate for a Screen Enclosure of $4500. Gave Elite a down payment for $1500 to install when we returned to Florida. We requested an installation in November/December of 2008. When we called (sent letters to Elite) they told us that they won't honor the quote and wanted $6500. We asked for our down payment back (no acknowlegement to our letters) via phone, they tolds us that they would. On my second visit I was disregarded and made to wait for services over 2 and 1/2 hrs even though I went several times to the front desk.The office staff all they care about is making sure the office and they get paid. I purchased a 32 inch vizio television a little over a year ago, I was given a one year warranty. After a little over a year the power supply conked out. I talk to several customer service employees including a person from the corporate office by the name of Andrew McGehen of the corporate office. This gentelmen was even more condescending then his customer service employees. The company does not refund monies "without penalty" as stated by their salespersons. They tell you that they sell a helath insurance policy that covers 100% of hospital costs. They fail to tell you that this is 100% of THEIR CODED VALUE!
