Purchased a sleeper sofa in March 2008 and by the summer it was broken. It was only used as a bed three times over all those months. The sofa bed leaned back too far according my my guest and then all of a sudden would not push into a couch, thus leaving me with a bed 24/7 and no where to sit. In the span of 5 days, I ordered two different Wii systems from two different sellers/stores from ecrater.com I never received any product and when I contacted ecrater to file a complaint, they told me that neither seller nor store was an ecrater seller/store. However, I can still go to one of the sellers on ecrater. Instead of backing the sellers/stores, they pass the buck. So by saying that the seller is no longer there, they are allowing anyone to post a sale, take the money, and walk away from ecrater with no accountability. I signed up for a loan with a company named Payday Loans. I NEVER signed up for Secure Identity Services. I CAREFULLY read EVERTHING that was presented to me, and EVERYTHING I submitted. Received call from Eric Williams about work at home business. Simply leave literature at any business using Am Express credit card machines. Once you become an agent your agent number will be programed to these machines and every swipe of credit card with in turn generate income. Bankcard Empire Visa/Mc machines would greatly reduce the percentage cost to business owners for privileged of using their machines. December 2008, I received a letter in the mail, along with a check from this Shoppers Market Research. The letter said that I indicated an interest in additional income on a part-time bases. I instantly knew something wasn't right because I never showed an interest in being a 'mystery shopper'. Like others that reported this scam, it seemed too good to be true. I am a freight broker out of Olathe, KS and I contracted this company to haul a load for me out of IA to KS. 1 Week after I was told by the company the load delivered (followed up with a fax of the BOL) I come to find out this load really never delivered and the driver had an accident. I was told that I was receiving a 5000.00 secured loan. But I had to send in 938.08 to secure 8 monthly payments as collateral. I have been buying from Government Liquidation for over a year now, and have spent well over $10, 000. Most transactions have not been problematic. However, almost every transaction that had to go through the EUC dept. in Scottsdale, AZ has resulted in one problem after another. This company is placing charges on your at&t bill for service that you have not requested. I have never heard of this company and at&t is letting this happen. I received my paperless bill by email and saw that the charges were higher than normal. I called at&t to question and they informed me that they bill for over 200 companies. I purchased A new 2008 Honda Fit a few months ago. The A/C stop cooling. The repair cost $664.00. No warranty to cover the repair. The compressor got a hole in it. I have purchased gas at this location many times. I went in today to purchase a soft drink. I was told I could not purchase just the soft drink, that I had to purchase something else to make the total purchase of $5.oo. For one thing I don't smoke, was not hungry. This company tries very hard to seem legitimate, however, they are just out to scam you for money. I have been with their program for 5 months, and I still haven't made back my original investment. The owners are affiliated with the payment processors who charge you a fee to get the money you supposedly raise.
