In june 9, i place an order for purchase with money order, it took 6 long weeks after placing order with them. After it arrive, they contact me in e-mail asking me if i still want the product. I am so upset with AllHeart! I ordered a gift certificate for a family member on 12/7/08 as a Christmas gift. I was to have received a copy of the certificate in an email AND by snail mail. I never received the email or letter though I did get confirmation of the order AND the deduction from my bank account. I called on 12/20/08 to say I had never received anything, nor did the recipient, and they promised to email it the following business day. RIP Alldirect... I'm surprised by all the negative reviews here about Alldirect. I ordered from them for years and never had a problem. It's true that sometimes items you could add to your cart would end up out of stock. Also there were occasional typos for the artist/album name that would make searching for items tricky (not to mention that their entries would truncate long titles). More than 4 months ago I received 24 AA and 12 AAA. I have chargine equipment that enables me to measure the actual battery capacity. Many of the AAAs were near or above their 1000mAh ratings, although some were approximately 800mAh. The AA batteries, however, are woefully over-rated. Their claimed capacityis 2600mAh. Many have capacities around 1600 mAh -- less than 2/3 their claimed rating. I ordered some toner that All-Laser specified as "minimum order two". The package that they promptly sent contained only one cartridge, and my complaint went unanswered, so I was stiffed for $17.50 (plus shipping). Similar horror story about Shuttle SP35P2 Pro. The system would not boot (DOA), so I RMA'ed it to them. They made me pay for shipping and said it is standard practice which I was all right with. Fun starts after that: They did not locate the package for four days after UPS delivered it. The prices are a bit higher then some other high quality online airsoft stores. But because they are based in the US, everything arrives quite a bit quicker then stores based in Japan. I ordered the Acai body cleanse online at the same time I ordered the Acai Berry supplements. Each was a free sample offer with only shipping cost of $4.95. I finally received the Acai Berry supplements after about 2 weeks and my bank account was debited $69.00 after the initial $4.95 for shipping. The same thing happened to me. I went online to check my account and saw there was a charge of $78.84 from Cleanse Body. I did not order it or request. I only ordered the 'free trial'. I bought the Hp dv6000 around a year ago. It never worked properly. From day one I could never hold a charge for more than 30 minutes.
