Stay away. Absolute Home charged my credit card the day I placed the order. The credit charged showed up on my account as "Home Click." They have very high restocking fees. A wrong item was shipped and it took a week to get a RMA, another week for them to process the order with a new order number, then another 3 weeks to get a status on the shipping. I purchased a case, the El Diablo from NewEgg. It shipped with what I believe was a manufacture defect. The fan blade on the large 36mm fan had what looked like a flaw in the plastic the fan was made out of. Lke there was an interuption in the molding process when the fan was made. As so many others, I ordered the product My Colon MCR Remedy and received the bottle almost three weeks after ordering (once ordered they state you have 15 days to cancel or they continue sending it...I didn't have the product yet, and they charged my checking account for another bottle for over $70.00. I joined this company back in 2005. In 2006 I believe they called me only once and offered something that i couldn't possibly take. Now after few years without a single call offering me anything, they forgot who i was. I am an absolute victim of their negligence. When I noticed an unauthorized charge of $14.95 on my bank account, I went back and looked, and just like the other complaints, I discovered that there was a charge for $1.95 one month earlier. Rialto Police has to be the most corrupt bunch of police officers in CA. This is no joke. We need to ban together and go after them like they go after us in numbers. I am so glad I found this website to confirm the horrible experience I had with LD Automotive. They took the money from my checking account immediately but I have never received the product. I have sent at least 5 or 6 different emails requesting a tracking number of some sort or status of my order. I received no response to any of my emails. In 1999 I bought components from Aberdeen. In order to return a defective part, I was given an RMA number, I had to buy a replacement, and I wait for credit. I had to dispute a credit card charge in order to get the credit (took over 2 months). In 2006 I bought some memory chips from Aberdeen. It was the first items I bought for a new system, and among the last to be delivered. Their prices were higher than average, and I bought because they agreed to match another vendor's price. A month ago we bought a water softener and water filtration system. Our water is bad and we felt we needed to do this.
