I placed a telephone order for 1 snuggie blanket as seen on t.v. The machine took all the info down but didn't give me a chance to answer questions and the machine just went on and on. I responded to a website ad (referred to the product as having been recommended by Oprah) and used my credit card to pay $3.95 S&H for a trial offer. I never got the email confirmation and never received the trial. They have charged an additional $87.13 plus $2.44 for foreign exchange charge, two times in the past ten days for a total of $183.09. I called the number and got a foreign customer rep who assured me she would have a credit sent through to my account. On dec 26 I placed a call tio Acia Berry advising that I would like a free Trai Of the Products. As I returned the product the company has charged me 174.26 as charging me a Membership fee Of 87.13 and the product fee of 87.13. After I mistakenly blocked a collect call from a family member at a correctional facility, I tried approximately 4-5 times over 2 weeks to "unblock" with T-Netix customer service. Each representative informed me they removed the block and I would be able to receive calls; to no avail. I contacted the Public Service Commission for my state, who filed my complaint immediately. I bought the iDrive because it offered a quick and simple approach to mounting a garage door opener. The design seemed ingenious...and it really is...but their implementation of the motor/gearbox is less than robust. In just under a year, I've burned up two motors (under warranty) and 3 months ago they sent me a whole new unit under warranty and just today it burned up again. I purchased the "Unlimited World" program from Skype, that offer conferencing service, for one year on April 27, 2008. They also have “Fair Usage Policy”; subject to a fair usage limit of 10, 000 minutes per user per month. I tried to register it online but none of the numbers, either on the envelope, on the card, or on the store receipt, was the right registration number. All American Hot Dog King. This little man ripped me off for 5k and gave no warranty unless I shipped the item back down to Miami at my own cost. From the cheap burners that he uses..I have high flame and there is no low flame. None of these burners are even positioned properly and are already rusted.
