I ordered the window and door draft guards on Jan 8th, they charged my credit card and I havent heard from them since. The bland invoice (also with theh rep yahoo email address!) do not give you a phone number to call to check up on your order, you have to go back to the site just to get a number. THis company offered a free ring tone, I never got a free ring tone. THen I found out as of January 20, 2009 that I was being charged $9.99 a month since SEptember 15, 2008 in "subscription fees" PLUS the taxes and surcharges totaling over $14.00 a month. Big K Vending has left their soda machines and snack machines on site without refill nor communication for two months. Machines are in poor condition and are to the point of taking money without giving the selected item. When you call Big K Vending the number has been disconnected. Advertisements on Craigslist nationwide as hiring for USPS jobs. It tells you to call a number in Florida and ask for a varying extension. I called this, and the same guy answered each time as a different person. Last time I called it was Eric Gold. He then asks for $89 plus $20 in shipping to be paid immediately towards "study materials" for a USPS exam. When prompted, he had no explanation as to how this fits in with USPS's hiring procedure. We have a contract with AT&T as our local provider and exclusive long distance carriers. For month Info Source USA Directory has been fraudulently charging our AT&T invoices. AT&T cannot do anything about it. If we refuse to pay, we become delinquent with AT&T. I have not found any way to reach this company (MainStreet Telephone is doing the same thing). Mysery loves company! However if there is enough of us that Commercial Investigations have stung, then let's band together and get them. I ordered a set of Rotors with pads included for my vehicle. I received the correct rotors, and 3/4 of the correct pads. But 1/4 of them were incorrect. I had the vehicle already torn apart, and the mechanic was involved in the job. On 1/19/09, I witnessed an employee by the name of Mark at one of your Aldi stores located on 4501 S. Here is my experience with them - I will never buy from Sam Ash again due to their horrible packing and customer service. I received 6 orders so far that were not packed with any protective materials or it was just set on top and the equipment was smashed at the bottom of the box. I just signed up for Hughes net and was told that if I went over my downloads allowances I would be set back to Dial Up Speed. That sounded ok to me. Getting booted off the net efery 10 mins isnt Slow running speeds even when they decide to let you use their services is not what I signed up for And finally when you go over your usage they dont set you back to Dial up speeds they STOP your ability to effectivley use the internet Buyer Beware, because in my opinion Hughes net is ripping people off. read full review »

I, too, ordered the Acai Berry free trial and two days later my bank called me to ask if I had ordered a software program from Stop-Zilla for a charge of $39.95. Of course, I hadn't and told the bank to stop those charges. Now I have received a full bottle of the Acai Berry which I did not order. Worst customer service EVER! They are just a shadow company and at the mercy of Reliant to do ANYTHING. I protested the horrendous billing post-Ike and received empty promises from Green Mountain. Suddenly I am in collections and have had NO communications from GM. I am going back to RELIANT who can actually DO something as simple as checking my meter for errors.
