I had signed up for the JC Penney Rewards Program and I was NEVER told this would cost $9.95 a month. I NEVER gave them my credit card number. I do shop JC Penney on a regular basis but this was not something I agreed to pay for. It was very misleading inn the fact that this was a free service. Just a heads up for the people that have dealings with this guy! He would sell his mother for a promotion. You may think that his corny laugh is ok but if you let him know about your personel business or work habbits and exspecailly your ideas (He will take credit for your ideas, I know first hand!). Purchased a HD TV set with a $500 gas card offer back in August. Actually, they convinced me to purchase 2 tv sets because of the $500 rebate each. I have received only 1 $25 card even though I have submitted my monthly receipts of $100 min. as required. I have called too many times to mention. I am put on hold and no one ever comes on the line.
