I had past due taxes owed and went to them for a free consult. The man I spoke to promised they would take care of everything. I gave them a credit card (to deduct payments) and signed an agreement. I signed up for my daughter to have harp lessons in our home. First I was told the semester was ending late. Then they informed me they could not find an at home teacher and they could offer a teacher in a town 40 minutes away, defeating the purpose of Music Housecalls. I was with Hargrave And Associate for about 5 months now and I haven't heard from then since I sent in my money. When I got the welcome package I thought it was kind of odd that they asked for copies of my drivers license and social security card. After that I've tried to call them and havne't recieved an answer. Even though I didn't give them copies of anything, I am afraid the information I gave them over phone is bad enough. This website took $1.00 for a 15 day "free" trail. Problem is my user Id and password never allowed access to the site. The add stated 15 days of free access after which they would charge $39.95 per month for the access and uses of the website. I have tried to contact the site first to gain access then to cancel but the information give on the printout I recieved with the trail got me nowhere. Then I find that they have deducted $119.70 from my account and it hasn, t even been one month, including my trail. I am working with my bank and still trying to contact these guys. Never get this card. This company uses scandalous business practices upping fees substantially without prior notification. They call at all hours, sometimes 10 to 12 times a day if you are a few days late with your payment, and charge exorbitant annual fees. They are sending my account to collection. I have requested itemized billing listing services rendered, out of pocket payments, insurance payments and credits (yes, credits!). The billing doesn't reflect the services and payments I made. Two weeks after getting a $71. credit for overpayment, I received a bill for over $900. with no additional treatment. After waiting in the crowded Omni Clinic reception area for almost 3 hours, I was received by a Physician's Assistant. I had an open wound on my foot which I believed to be infected, the symptoms being extreme pain when I put pressure on my foot, and swelling in the area of the wound. In October 2008, I recognized an unauthorized charge from TLG Credprot on my Chase Credit Card Statement for $120. I called the the number on my statement. A representative from TLG told me I had been "a member in good standing since 2003." He informed me that I was enrolled by my Financial Institution. I called Chase, to whom I pay $8 a month for fraud protection. Recently I was a client at Awakenings. I was surprised at the way the facility was run, the conditions it was in and the large degree of fabrication that was involved for them to get me to attend.
