I received eye glasses on 12/12/08. They charged me for bifocals, which was incorrect, therefore they remade my glasses for single vision, but they charged to my credit card the amount for bifocals. Therefore they were supposed to refund me $30.00. This company is big in making fake promises to employees and ripping them off. They are in business as a staffing agency but when I joined the company, I came to know that they make fake resumes of their employees to place them with clients. I contacted TransUnion to get me a free credit report and they said that they would send it to me in the mail. This is about a week ago. I go to my bank and they see that I am being charged on my check card $14.95 from MNI.creditreport.com. This was today February 2, 2009. This is wrong and I should not be charged 14.95 from them. The instructor is very unprofessional, direspectful and verbaly abuses the students he drives with. Was once even reported for sexual harassment several years ago. The instructor was still able to keep his job because he is the owner of the buisness. Beware of the warranty issues on the mattress. After 2 years and 10 months of having the bed we would rather sleep on the floor then in our bed. It sagges in the middle and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We contacted them and did a warranty claim and they told us the bed must sag more then 1 1/2 before they will do anything. The sit has a very very small place where you add a check mark saying you agree to the terms. It is on a separate web/screen so most people do not see it. G.E. service warranty said that my contract had expired back on 7/31/08, but my contract shows to expire 11/30/09. I had purchased the orginal contract, then purchased an extension to the same contract due to the G.E. refrigator had multiple problems from day one. The Redding Record Searchlight, even though it is a different county has posted articles 4 times on an assault charge. The articles are one-sided and lies. I haven't been able to find any similar articles for Siskiyou County posted in this newspaper. I received a notice on my door indicating a bag of trash had been found inside one of the new dumpster fences with my address inside. It also indicated that a charge of $75.00 would be levied and referred to a newsletter dated August of 2008. I would have thought a note saying “Mr. Ingersoll, we found a bag of your trash on the ground inside the fence of our new dumpster…please be more careful in the future.” would have been more appropriate but instead I get and aggressively worded letter, saying the February rent won’t be accepted unless the $75.00 is included. read full review »
