I received multiple phone calls every day for 3 weeks from this company. I finally answered, and they offered me free magazine subscriptions. Then at the end of the call they tell me it'll cost me $3 per week for 2 years. I thought that wasn't such a bad deal, and I was hoping the harrasing phone calls would stop. This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. This complaint is mostly about how the trainer that I paid to train me for fitness and fighting lessons would not promote hard contact sparring! His classes were detailed and well run, but at the end all i really wanted is bloody nose or black eye to feel acomplished for my training. I called the phone number to cancel the order(which you had to do in 14 days from time of ordering), I had no problem. I entered into a Forbearance agreement in 2007 after falling ill. They never increased my payment and each month reported me late and charged me late fees for payments that were made on time.
