I have continously phoned Surehealth @ 1-800-337-1421 and have tried to review Surehealth website but to no prevail. Upon phoning the 1-800 number it doesn't state Surehealth but another insurance company. Surehealth have continued to withdraw monthly payments but has not paid for any medical. Surehealth did notify me via mail and phone call of the transferring to another company but now I have to pay for medical service rendered. It can be a routine physical and I get a bill that no deductible was paid. Surehealth did not mail a letter stating the change. Yearly Contract Fee was paid 6/08 in the amount of $178.82. Service call was requested 10/08 at my request. A neighbor let the technician in and was provided with a check made out to Comfort Control, the amount for the service call, if any, needed to be filled in. The technician requested payment of $178.82 and the check was issued. Comfort Control has admitted that this fee should not have been collected since the contract was in effect. Through his staff, the manager, Loius has promised refund of the overcharge of $178.82. We had 1 Nation Restoration clean our air ducts and dryer vent in March 2008 for a total of $970.83 and were told they would come out every 6 months to redo it for a $50 fee. I need a grant and was scamed last night. I tried to get back on their internet site to cancel my order for $24.95, but was unable to do so. I contacted my credit card and was told the charge was on my credit card but it had not gone through yet. I filed a complaint against this company with my credit card, and was told to call back on the 6th of Feb to see what has been done. I used to have this company for cobra until about 1 month ago in which my company went with a different administrator. In order to do this, the steering actuator and nearly half the front end assembly must be removed and reinstalled. Fred's tire, aka Pure Performance in Raeford claimed their mechanic had 4 corvettes of his own and was very familiar with corvettes. I ordered a medium pizza with cheese, black olives, and mushrooms, and 2 chicken parm sandwiches for superbowl. When they arrived I paid $29.00 plus a tip for the driver.
