I live in a loft downtown and apparently the building has contracted with DirecTV to be the sole provider of television services. Honestly, had I known this prior to moving in I would've reconsidered my decision on this place because I've always heard of complaints against DirecTV in general. Following up on another complaint I made about these companies, which are all affiliated reguardless of how they want to play it. I was to recieve a refund of $89.31 for a bottle of exteme acia berry that I had not ordered. I sent it back with a tracking number, was to wait up to 14 days to recieve my refund and that has not happened yet. I hired this company to move my belongings from Boston to New York. They ended up charging me 230% of their estimate, and when I opened my boxes some of my items were broken. Prime Time Saving Oceanside in CA. made an unauthorized withdraw from a Pirate Business credit card account for $16.95 dated December 1, 2008 at 9:23pm. Also there was another Primetime Clearwater Fl. unauthorized withdraw in the amount of $16.95 dated October 29, 2008 at 9:29pm. I ordered the magazine through Oprah.com and my subscription expires March of 09, but I have just gotten a bill from The Hearst Corporation saying I agreed to auto renewal and that they had previously written me about this, which they did not. Instead of receiving Green Tea Extreme, I received AcaiPure, which I did not request. On my sales receipt, order number #1702678 it states that the Green Tea Extreme was sent. I would like to return the product I received so I need an RMA. I was not shipped the product, but was billed for it for 86.95. Misteriously, after I called and made a complaint, it shows up a fews days later in the mail. When I checked my bank card today, I noticed a $4.95 charge that is shown as "WEB ACCESS 800-2819006". I did some checking on Google and found there are several complaints about this phone number and subsequent issues. Last year [2007], I ordered auto-delivery on some Wu-Yi Tea. They had wrong address, as soon as order went through I noticed they had my old address. So I was given the opportunity to put in that change with the order, so I emailed them giving my new address telling them I had moved. I even called and spoke with a rep the next day to make sure they got my message and I confirmed that I moved and gave the rep the correct mailing address. I love to buy clothes from NY and Company. I love to shop online almost as much. My complaint stems from their offers of discounts for purchasing a certain amount, etc. This is the 2nd time the website didn't accept the special code I was asked for and emails and calls to the company have proved fruitless. You must call one number concerning the credit card, you must call another concerning the order. This is the date I found the I had an out standing bill at credit agency for a brake job that goes as follows: Comments: I had rear brakes done, I drove the van for a couple of wks w/ the r-rear seal leaking, adding brake fluid as I needed. I have shopped at ridegear.com several times over the last couple years but my most recent purchase was never shipped to me. Expo Stucco subcontracted to apply Dryvit exterior on my home 12 years ago. Recently, water leaks were discovered in two separate walls necessitating extensive reconstruction of the walls. The cause was found to be directly related to poor workmanship when the stucco was applied. We called to arrange delivery/pickup and they were rude to us and told us to call back in a month. Good day, I am from the West Indies and recently purchased a shipment of mobile phones from China. US is used as a transhipment point for our goods and the phones were stopped while passing US customs to its destination country, Trinidad and resent to China. The reason for stopping the shipment given to me by FEDEX was the phones were counterfeit. I returned the In styler after 15 days of use and was not satisfied. At the time I was told I had 15 more days to use it, but I returned it anyway. It cost me 16.00 to send it back plus insurance. At the time I had 13 more days left, my bank account was charged $54.99. I am very disappointed with the billing department at Shideler Dermitology. When I first went to this dermitology office in 2007, I never had any problems with the billing department. I think this office outsourced their billing service to some other group, because we have to call a 1-866 number for billing concerns. This evening we decided to order pizza. We called Pizza Ranch and asked if they had any specials. We were told they had a large pizza for $9.99. Not a bad deal, we ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Upon arrival of the pizza delivery lady, we were told that we owed a whopping $25.00 due to a delivery charge. We live EXACTLY 5.66 miles from this Pizza Ranch location. Sent laptop 10/20/08. First week they denied they had it. Last several weeks have simply told me they "have no status". Turns out the reason they can't provide status is that they resend your equipment to an unknown third-party partner of theirs in a round-robin fashion (see their website partners section for an idea of the limited requirements to become a partner). I would like to advise the public not to use the services of Tender Dental and Tender Oral Surgery. I had oral surgery and did not receive adequate pain management, and when I had problems they would not let me come in to see the doctor. Nor do they return calls or allow you to speak to the doctor on the phone. I was billed in advance and am contesting the charge. I complained to the BBB, as well.
