This company is likely in violation of FCC regulations. We used them for their virtual service, multiple extentions. On numerous occasions the system just shut down, or reset all our settings to default. Customers could not reach us, or leave messages. Numerous calls to tech support yielded nothing but apologies and they outsource their call center somewhere outside the US. DO NOT BUY - I purchased this product from Sam's Club about 1 month ago and installed them exactly as instructed. The floors look like they been in the home for years. They scratch extremely easily and dent - yes, dent. I dropped a quarter on the floor and it left a significant dent. We have a dog, and he has scratched the floors so badly, even with manicured nails, we will have to replace before selling. I can understand and live with wear and tear, but this is unacceptable. I payed 110.00 dollars for a room at Hilton throught hotwire, called hotel and was guaranteed a NON-smoking room. When I got there, they gave us a meeting room with a hide-a-bed twin couch pull-out.
