I had my pool resurfacced with skyblue Fla Gem with 3(three) stome crabes and 1 stone dolphine, pool papers states I have lifetime garantee, well the dolphin stated to come up and so did the crabes. I called his off over and over and they kept sating that they would relay the message, But he never came. This went on for a year, then I had to call in another company to redue the pool. American Express is so mismanaged! I had all of my identity stolen in August and reported my stolen AMEX cards to them immediately. I had a pending online payment due within 48hours of the theft and was unable to cancel the payment due to the time element. I was assured by the representative on the phone that I could re-submit my payment with my new bank account info and all would be well. I did so and the payment was on time. This company called me about a sleep aid, said they would send me a sample for .99 I accepted. I got the package, tried it, did not work. One month later they billed my checking account for $159.25, which was not approved. I even called the same number to tell them that I no longer wanted to buy tea and still they charged my credit card three times and I received one shipment. Sunrooms America, INC was hired to build a sun room onto our house. We took so much water damage since their easy project started that we had to replace our entire kitchen. They ruined our home. Great TV until the picture went blank after just 18 months. The audio continued but I would have gotten a better discreption of the ballgame on radio. Of course it was out of warranty and I did not buy the extended coverage offered by Best Buy due to the high cost. On November 22, I ordered the Walter Doll and Peanut Doll for my family's Christmas surprise. Web site showed the items as available and not on back order. To date, I have not received the items or an e-mail advising shipping is delayed. They are nearly impossible to contact. There is no contact information on the store website. I have tried the phone number on my Visa statement and it is a private residence. I have tried two e-mail addresses from other people filing complaints and one was returned as undeliverable.
