I had made a $1000 purchase at a BeBe store a week and a half ago at the NY ShortHills Mall store. After taking all merchandise home, I then realized Some of the clothing did not fit well. They used the name Kim Moore and Kelly Johnson, saying they were collecting on a payday loan and that my case would be downloaded today if I didn't send them money via western union in 3 hours. I financed a 1997 Geo Metro vehicle with Household Auto Finance. I made all the payments, with the exception of the last 3 or 4 payments, to Household. Household sold the loan to Asset Management who sold the loan to an agency called Collect America. An attorney with Collect America contacted me and we agreed on a settlement, which I paid. SCAM refund I ordered Acai as a trial bases this was a free trial and called to make sure they would not debit my acct so I cancel the request by email and they sent it any way and debited my acct and I "m demanding a full refund of $ 78.86to my account. My Equifax credit reports contains completely inaccurate information including wrong social security, wrong date of birth, wrong address, over 40 credit cards that are not mine, mortgages that are not mine. This overpriced animal clinic overcharged me big time!! I was charged $1, 000 plus, plus, plus!!! This highway robbery fee only covered the cost of one pet. They did not even have the courtesy to give me an estimate before sticking me with this huge bill. I was pushed into an expensive credit account so they could get paid all the money upfront. Brookstone has an unfair return policy. There is absolutly no way to know that a robe (unopened) is not returnable. The entire store AND the receipt states that it can be returned with receipt...see reverse for policy details. on november 26th I thought I purchased a pair of uggs for a christmas present for my daughter was sent an e-mail with a confirmation number from the company that they were in stock and will be shipped. It is now almost two weeks and nothing sent yet, I tried to contact the company and the website is gone and then I found out that a complaint department has been made on the company. I also called my bank and put a stop on the payment on my card and reported them to the fraud company thru my bank and credit card company. I had Fios for less then a month. The final bill they sent me was $642.98. I have spent well over 10 hours trying to straighten this mess out. I had spoken with many supervisors that promised to fix the bill to $130.00. Never happen they sent several bills all over the $130.00. I was waiting on the final bill and they sent my account to a collection agency for $259.01, bring down my credit record and score while I was applying for a home loan and was turned down for a loan because of the collection account. This is about our wedding photographer. It took 1 yr to get our wedding album that was supposed to take 6-8 weeks. After following up with the photographer several times, it got to the point where I had to go behind her and make sure she was doing her job.
