This webiste is nothing but a SCAM. After reading about this website in several magazines (including Life & Style), I purchased a $80 purse through their website. They promptly charged my credit and gave me a confirmation number as provided by Yahoo! Small Business. However, that was the last time I heard from them. They failed to respond to several email inquiries, and there are no phone numbers listed on the website ANYWHERE. Again, this is absolutely a scam. I purchased $2000 worth of Morgan Silver Dollars from this seller on eBay and the coins were not up to advertised grade and also they had been "cleaned", which is an absolute negative. This is a telecommunication company that I use to call philippines. To use their services you have to give them your credit card number and they charge you right away for whatever amount you want for you to call phil example $20 for a certain minutes. The problem is when you call philippines they charge you even if you havent spoken to anybody. So lets just say you called 3 times and you havent spoken to anybody ( didnt even hear the phone ring) they start to charge you already. I was making my payments on time and online. The company then took it upon themselves to start auto-deducting the payments from my checking account AND increased my annual percentage rate to 53.8%. I called Ahead Nero tech support and was notified that it would cost me $1.29 per minute of service. I was charged $71.00, which equals 55+ minutes. I was on for less that 10 minutes. There are numerous similar complaints at other websites, so this is clearly not the the first time this has happened. I took the trial offer for $4.95 on 10/28/08. Then a charge appeared on my bank statement on 11/17/08 for $39.95. Now I have a charge for $44.90 on 12/03/08. I did not authorize the subsequent charges of $39.95 and $44.90. I am submitting a fraud complaint with my bank and with the attorney generals office, State of Arizona. They will not return phone calls or emails. My son is graduating from high school in May 2009. They have supplied places to apply for scholarships. We have made numerous attempts but no scholarships. Our time with them will run out soon and they will not return calls. We paid $1550 for two years of service. We kept our part and need assistance and now will not return our calls. I was told by Terry Wilson that i was approved for a 5000.00 dollar loan. This is first time ever that i put up money to get a loan(910.00).It sound very convincing, plus the deferred payments of six months.
