I have had two vehicles work on at this shop. The first vehicle I had bigger tires put on. Three days after repair I had a wheel fall off on the beltline. In May 2008, I hired Wilfredo Delacruz Professional Services to troubleshoot the house central air unit. Mr. Delacruz stated that I needed a new unit. I agreed to replacement. DelaCruz stated he would install an AC unit and rework the air handling unit for a total fee $1700. For 1 year and 9 months, I got a lot of problem in Briarbrook Apartment. After few month, the gas range for cook and the refrigerator was bad. I started a a loan modification in October with U S Foreclosure. The only time I talked to them is when I called them. I tried to call them December 1, 2008 all the phone numbers I had for them were all disconnected. I got online and googled the company name and found several other complaints from people about this company. I have used this company for many years but starting last year, service and competence has gone down hill. I made the mistake of giving them one more chance this year, starting earlier by two weeks. Actually, this is not a complaint.I received my Rolex Blue Submariner two tone watch yesterday Dec 5th. (ordered Nov 14th). It did take longer than expected & after reading all the other postings I thought I wouldn't receive anything or what I ordered. The watch is actually quite nice.
