I have my Verizon land line temporary disconnected for 6 months in which I'm charge bare minimum. My current Verizon Bill has a 19.30 charge from OAN Long Distance Services 1-800-944-0171. I did not give any approval for this service. For years, I use my cell phone for long distance calling. I called OAN and after a lot of ranting and raving on my part, they agreed to take off the charges. I am furious with OAN for getting me so upset. When I called "Kristy" and complained and wanted my account reimbursed, she informed me that that was not possible, but that she could cancel my account from this point forward so no other charges will be billed. Cohen & Slamowitz placed a lien on my bank account saying they had a default judgment against me for non payment of Capital One credit card. They never served me. They had sent collection letter, to which I replied I had a complaint against Capital One and my only source of income was social security. The lien was placed on 10/3. Just returned from a cruise on the Oosterdam arriving in San Diego on November 1. We had taken the same cruise last year in December and had a good experience.
