Paid 4.98 for FREE TRIAL> Didn't care for the diet pills and discarded them. A month later I received another bottle. The very next day I returned them with a note to refund and cancel. I HATE this microwave! We purchased it 4/05 and it has not gone a single year without a repair. After the warranty expired, we bought insurance every year! The most recent breakdown was 9/29/08 and it had to be taken to the shop. We got it back 2 weeks later and it worked for 8 days. This company failed to continue to provide listings of Lis Pendens for foreclosed properties. This company has broken it's contractural agreement to provide this daily listing. This company said it had transferred my account to Foreclosures.com and did not do that. However you pay for the sticker, then if you dont get 3 people to pay for this in the first month, they will deduct $20 from you. The people on the phone all told conflicting stories of contract. Total scam. The tea they send is no "special tea", it is ordinary Chinese Oolong tea. Does not work as advertised. And they automatically sign you up for 2 web sites for fitness info. One charges $4.95 and the other $9.95 monthly. The phone #'s and web sites are not helpful either. You only get a recording and invalid web sites. To cancel the $4.95 you can call 866-363-0187 and to cancel the $9.95 you can call 800-989-5907. They don't refund your money but they do claim they will stop future charges. read full review »

Island Yellow Pages strong arms companies into paying for online advertising. They use verbal recorded contracts then they renew automatically unless notified in writing. A former employee authorized the advertising for 2007, then it was automatically renewed. Mother's should not have to worry about dangers in your baby's diapers. Last night, I changed my six month old daughter diaper. As I was changing the diaper, I noticed something dark inside the diaper. At first, I thought it was a darker color cotton or worried about a little small bug stuck inside the diaper. I only had the SupportPlus Ellipse 1GB portable MP3 player for a week, and I couldn't get it to work so I took it back. The main problem seemed to be the completely useless instructions which gave no clue as to how to use the thing. I'm no technophobe, and quite happy to work things out normally, but this nearly got thrown in the fire. After a couple of hours I managed to work out how to download music but that wouldn't play, even old stuff originally copied from a CD. I bought my MPIO HD300 a little over two months ago and have had it replaced twice. It works brilliantly for the first couple of weeks then you start to get problems with it changing the repeat setting then eventually it freezes on the start up screen and you can do nothing with it apart from push the reset button to switch it off. I recently received a copy of my credit report ans it shows that I oe Alden Ridge Apartments $2, 474. I have been trying for the last 2 1/2months to get a copy of a roommate release form that I signed back in 2006 removing my name from this lease. This information should not be on my credit. I puchased an extended warranty on my washers i bought from sears and they have had to come out a few times. I told them it was for a business and that we do laundry for 17 Cabins which are not rented out all the time at the same time. ABC Limo arrived late to pick me up in a car that i did not order. when they were supposed to pick me up, they were not there. I called and they said they were right around the corner. After 20 minutes I hopped a cab and paid an additional $20 for that. They charged by credit card more than they originally quoted without having satisfied a single aspect of the deal.
