I was reviewing my checking account, on line, when I noticed this electronic check for $39.99 that had gone through. I called the number and along with the reference number they were able to tell me it was for an adult website subscription!! They told me they would refund the amount and stop the subscrition and I need to call my bank to report the FRAUD as well as close my account. This is so UPSETTING!! The owner of this business is a very caddy woman. On a recent visit to this spa, of which I have been a patron for a long time, I heard the owner gossiping about another client with her current client. I find this to be extremely tacky, yet not suprising from other reviews I have found on the internet. This company is TERRIBLE. I have dealt with them twice now in regards to delivering mulch and other bulk materials (rock, barkdust) and I'm absolutely sure I will never use them again. They are rude on the phone when taking orders from customers. I called to have my subscription ended on the date that was the end of my billed period. They chose to put a new date on it, so that I was billed automatically to my credit card.
