Texting was a total nightmare, had the options, of font size and the large is smaller than what I am typing, I have good eye sight and honestly could not read texts, and as for writing them you need binoculars, writing is so so tiny. I bought a Telsda T915 around 8 months ago. It was because it has dual sim function (can active both sims at the same time). So I don't need to being 2 phones on business trip. However, the battery life is extreme short, on a "busy day" it can last only for half day when 2 sims are activated. I had a Maxi ISA with Idealing and transferring it to another provider was a nightmare no communication no documentation and they charged me a £60 transfer fee. They took a full 30 days to transfer a cash balance only. This company may come off as looking cheap, but do the math, anything over 1000 share is getting charged 1 and 1 half cents to buy or sell per share! So thats being charged 3 cents per share for penny stocks plus 9.95 to buy and 9.95 to sell. I bought about 3000 shares of a .16 cent stock and my fees for this came to a little more than 27.00, it sold for .18 cents. So there goes most of my profit! most days dsl is not available to me. when it finally does appear to be working it is for a very short lived amount of time. it works out to be available for my use to get on line or retrieve e mail far less often than it is not available. this has been going on for weeks. what gives and how are you planning to make financial reparation for all the lack of use of a non working dsl? don't even give me the option of having a service ticket or phone help. been there done that. read full review »

Cannot believe I wasted £800 on this BenQ Joybook 5000U. Have tried everything to get it to work on various wireless connections yet still keeps dropping connection all the time. I have got so frustrated with it that I have emailed Benq via their website only to find that after 6 weeks there is still no reply from them. I find the Advent 9517 Recon to be very unreliable and had been back more than once, also after 28days when I tried to get the laptop replaced I was told by PC World that under the law they had no legal right to replace it, the PC World Management was not helpful. I own around 10 laptops for my business of various makes and have used various makes of laptops over the years such as Hp, fujitsu, Asus, compaq, dell and going back to the IBM thinkpads many years ago and i have not had many problems with any of them. The Evesham Voyager 6400 laptop we bought last year has been thoroughly unreliable. It has repeatedly crashed, locked up, the USB ports have worked sporadically and the expansion port fell to pieces though it had not been used. Repairs have been unsatisfactory and a replacement exhibited the same faults as the original. Though payment was made for a on-site repair, each time it needed to be repaired the computer had to be returned to Evesham. I have now had over 10 laptops, all different brands, none have ever been as bad as this NEC Versa S9000. I had it for two weeks before it failed to work, it was then sent away for over a month (it had over 60% of components replaced)it arrived back and still did not work. I have now had this computer for 7 months and used it for two! This is a business computer, bought from NEC direct who really couldn't care less. Polywell Computers completely screwed me. They sent me a computer that was a joke. I finally gave in and decided to go with a smaller, cheaper company. Too bad I paid for it in the end. The computer they sent me had logos all crooked and it looks liked they glued them on with Elmers glue from grade school. The Intel logo was almost sideways; it was ugly. When we bought our LG RZ-20LA70 we were quite pleased but after a year it blew up! We called LG direct! But wasn't them direct was a sub contractor help line who couldn't help! Called them 3-4 times! Wrote to LG twice with no reply. Technicians report was the main circuit board had blown. Cost of repair of £150 + I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING LG LCD TVs TO ANYONE AS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REALLY BAD. I chose the Hitachi 17LD4200 TV because it had component connections for my DVD player. However, on delivery, it became very obvious that this is a computer monitor first, and TV functions have been added. Tragically the TV tuner they have chosen to use is, going by my experiences, a cheap and less than cheerful one. I ordered only a sample bottle of pills for about $5, they sent a sample bottle with 2 pills in and then a large bottle about a week later which I did not order and now they claim I signed up for a monthly fee of about $75 for renewals of the large bottle. This was not my understanding and I will not pay for it and I believe they have duped me and the many other people who have registered complaints the same as mine. This is a scam and a fraud and should be stopped. I suppose it was our fault for not checking the small print, but we missed a flight from Athens due to a (separate and independently booked) flight on a different carrier being canceled due to technical reasons. Stranded on a Greek island - not as nice as it sounds unfortunately! We were not covered (domestic flights not being considered public transport).The person on the phone was not sympathetic to our plight, merely stating, 'sorry sir you're not covered!'. My advice is to never purchase an AXA travel insurance policy from AXA or Essential Travel, not now or in the future. Their policy was not worth the paper it was printed on.
