I just want to say the managers at Ross Store Inc. in Farmington, NM downgrade their employees where others can hear and never compliment the good work they do. RPM is calling my phone trying to collect from someone I do not know. The only thing I have in common with the person they are trying to find is my last name. I tried to find out how they got my number and they were very rude and refused to answer my questions. They even hung up on me when I insisted that I talk to a supervisor. I have continually called and spoke to WFFB to correct my account. The account was taken out on May, 2006 with a balance of $3, 500. I have not seen the new barn at the Silver lining, but I do know Dianne and her reputation is spotless. I have bought many horses over the years from Dianne and I send my customers to her first.
