My wife ordered Oct. 9th, the site says all orders shipped within 24 -48 hours. We requested tracking # thru website several times. After no response, I called Oct. 20th and left voicemail. I was a patient of a very reputable pain management center. Had to find another doctor due to us moving over an hour away. Found this doctor on insurance website and made an appointment. I thought this was another pain care center but when I went in I realized that it was set up in an office of another doctor. In September I looked in my mailbox to find a receipt for oil delivery, a delivery I never authorized. WhenI talked to the staff they told me they only took clients that were automatic delivery. I told him I never would have asked for any oil delivery if they informed me of that and he said he would not have taken me as a customer. I got a scratch & win card in the mail from Miracle Maid. It had five cards and if you matched three cards you won a prize. I had three aces, so i called the winners hotline. I had to schedule an appointment to watch a presentation of their product at which time i was told my prize was a $500.00 shopping spree. A company called ENCORE MKTG (of which you must have a contract) has made charges payable to EASY SAVER on 3 recent billing cycles of my American Express card. I have been very ill and my husband just noticed the charges. $1.00 was charged to my American Express card on 7/15/08. $16.95 was charged to the AE card twice, once on 9/10/08 and once on 10/08/08. I enrolled in an online MBA class in July '08. My $175 soft-cover marketing book was miss-shipped 2 times so it was basically lost in transit for 3 weeks before it actually arrived. By the time this over-priced book arrived I decided to drop the class so I shipped it back and was told it was "damaged" even though I had never used it! Please don't be fooled by this product, especially if you have a young family and are looking for a trouble-free solution to your garage flooring. They claim to offer a two year warranty and will do a moisture test prior to installation to make sure their product will work. watching most haunted live. everytime i watch most haunted live on living tv there is always an advert after viewing approx 10 - 15 mins of footage. this continuosly happens thoughout the 3 hour live event. if they shown you what you miss during the adverts then that would be fine but things have most of the time happened and you only get told whats happened and not viewed it. being a live event, they should change this to a set of adverts coming on every half an hour. read full review »

UPS is very inconistent with its drop off policy. My shipper specific allowed for package to be left with signature. Which I signed for, but the driver refuses to leave package. It is completely indiscriminate wether they leave it or not. FedEx always leave, and is much much better service. I can't believe I am saying this but so is USPS. Don't use UPS ground, Union drivers don't care about customer service. UPS can't fire them so why try. FedEx non-union and great service read full review »

I could list out everything that happened, but it really would take a lot of typing! Basically this branch of PM is not a good place to get photos taken at all. We called Southwest Plumbing to fix a leak in our house, leaking downstairs into our laundry room Friday night. They scheduled an appointment for us Sat at 8AM. They arrived around 9:15 AM. We showed them the leak (which we had stopped by turning off the water to the house the evening before) and they deduced that it was probably coming from behind the refrigerator directorly above. We had our wedding photos done by RedLine (formerly Blur photography) and you really do get what you pay for. It may be the "best priced" but the quality is horrible. Do not be fooled by the gallery that is displayed on the website. The lighting is off, the assistants were un-educated, and the main photographer seemed to be taking un-necessary photos. We hardly had any good photos from the proofs to choose from. There's a good reason why it was called Blur Photography. There is also poor service when trying to communicate with the company.
