I have moved to North Carolina in a small historic town called Edenton. Unfortunately, I had taken my inheritance from Chase Bank in New York and deposited it in Gateway (a CD, a savings and a checking). I have been declined three times on my debit card when I know darn well I had thousands in the account. Purchased home in July '08. Was told 76 gallons of propane in the tank was included in this sale. Suburban filled this tank in August, 2008, 33 gallons. I was billed for the 76 gallons in the tank in August. I was then billed for the 33 gallons in September. The August bill was for 76 gallons. I was told the puppy I was buying had no problems, was treated properly and taken care of to the utmost quality. The first vet visit I found out he had fleas and had bad diherrea. I am still convinced he was abused/treated poorly as it took a lot to train my dog and he ha still to this day has terrible fear of being alone and yelled at. Forced to sign documents before they were filled out. They already had $2983.65 of our money before loading and upon unloading we were forced to pay for cubic feet and packing materials which did not ever exsist or they would drive off with our goods. On several occassions, the application has prompted that my license has expired when it was not. The latest incident occurred on 10/25/2008. My subscription doesn't expire until March 2009. I called support twice and they were not able to resolve the issue. The first technician lied and said he would call back to continue to work with me, I had to call support again. The second technician also lied and said he would call back, never heard from him. I worked with them for several hours, leaving my computer vulnerable to viruses. Direct TV called a couple of weeks ago to tell me that my HD receiver had been recalled and they were sending me a new one. They did and I installed it my self. Did a live chat with Geek Squad. I told them what I needed done on my computer. They gave the tech the wrong info. He said he didn't know how. He took off our antivirus, charged us $170.00 and left. I put a stop payment on the check. I tried calling the local store and then the corporate office. All were extremely rude. They sent it to a collection agency. I sent in my documentation showing I had to pay another computer tech to fix the original problem and then fix what the Geeks messed up. Hello All, Rent.com promises people with $100 reward when they report a lease for a property they saw on rent.com. They claim that they will send out the check to you within 8-10 weeks of lease reported to them, But this is not the case!! It is stupit that gas stations slow down the flow of fuel 25ct from your prepaid amount. It has not always been this way, in the past it would slow down 5-10ct from the prepaid amount. We had our pool installed in 2005. I agree. The Big push, their financing was almost instant, getting pool put in, was not. Although we didn't have to wait years. We signed in May, the pool was finished the 1st part of October. Of course we couldn't use it until the next year. The filter never worked efficiently, filter cart was expensive and had to be replaced more often than should have. Cleaning the filter was a nightmare also. The pump never pulled the water correctly.
