This company has a Better Business Bureau rating of F for good reason. Like many others in this area we did not do our homework before signing up and paying for a full year of service. There were problems from the outset (poor, sloppy installation) and service that degraded to the point that it was less than dial up. This does not work like satellite, it is more of a wi-fi system. Rented a home from company on the outer banks of North Carolina. Everything was wonderful until we drove 8 hours home to find an answering machine message from Surf or Sound stating they would be charging $300 to our credit card for damages to home (cabinet doors and broken window blinds) as well as garbage down the hallway. I fell for 2 of these frauds from the same top level website using two different credit cards. This was from the top level website acaitop3.com. The two companies pulling different but similar frauds were AcaiPure and Extreme Acai Berry. My story is similar to the other Acai complaints on this website. I received a letter from PCH stateing I was the third place winner of one million dollars and sent a check for $5, 340.00 and to call Richard Banks. sold us 6, 000 gallons of used cooking oil for use in biodiesel production. Product was heavily contaminated with degreaser which caused the creation of gasses when the oil broke down, which caused extensive swelling of the flexitank and metal cargo container (destroying the container). While on vacation, we really wanted a whopper junior. We stopped in at the Burger Knig in Jonesboro to satisfy our hunger.
