On several occasssion I have taken my Kia Sorento truck in for service. This particular dealership is not woman friendly. I brought my truck in for a recall and when I left the dealership I was having the same problem. Once I spoke with Robert (16) he told me that this problem didn't have anything to do with the recall. I'm more than pissed right now, I ordered a game to add to my collection of adventure games and Canadian customs not only opened the shipping box but they opened the game box and damaged it as well. Lingo (VOIP phone service company) has changed the contract term from 12 months to 24 months and contract breach penalty from $59.95 to $99.95 in mid term for all customers by just giving 3 business day notice.
