I have never had such bad service in my life. I tried out Fashion Cleaners as a new place to get my clothes tailored/repaired becuase it was closer to my house. I got two pair pants hemmed and a zipper replace. I picked the clothes up a week later to find out that the job was unfinished. The zipper was not replaced. This is a Web hosting service with a nice "flash based" template site builder. I signed up for a 3 month term to see if it would work for my website, www.TheRochesterHerald.com, a news based website. AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COSTS! HORRIBLE I ordered my 5 bridesmaid's dresses from HOB over nine months before my wedding and was told there was plenty of time, no need for a rush order. Excess wear and tear in the amount of 1075.00 that is ridiculous! The car is a mercedes slk350, sport car. There are tiny paint chips from driving the car to and from work on a main road. It took them three weeks to put together a job they said it would take DAYS to do. THey kept telling us they could have our floors installed by a VERY SPECIFIC DEADLINE we gave them, kept saying, "Oh we have that in the warehouse, it won't take more than a day to get it done"- Turns out the warehouse is in another state, and they have to ship and then acclimate before they can install the floors. I've been going to Village Cleaners, near the Clock Tower in Herndon, VA, for years and I have never had a problem. They were never friendly, but they got the job done and I was happy. This changed once they completely ruined my wife's dress. When I brought the ruined dress to their attention they said it wasn't their fault even though they managed to rip the dress and burn it. First they said it was my fault, then they blamed the dress designer, and finally they said that they are not responsible for destroyed articles of clothing.
