This Courier service agents book the courier without knowing the stations where they can deliver the parcel or not. And when the consignor came to know from the consignee after few days that he/she hasnt received the parcel till date then the agents and the courier service officials simply say that we assume that the delivery station is a district and we only deliver upto the district level only or agent has committed a mistake i.e he is wrong. I "up-graded" from the Corel photo that came pre-installed with my computer to Corel MediaOne. It turned out to be not much of an upgrade at all. And it has never worked properly. It caused crashes, would not interact with my e-mail, and froze anytime I tried to use it. I have been e-mailing Corel support back and forth, with no answers. My elderly parents were talked into buying a weeks timeshare at Orange Lake Resort, Orlando, Florida. They attend a yearly conference during the same time every January 2nd or 3rd week. I ordered procative skincare trial for my son. I then received a box of vita clear. First I thought it was the free gift.(because there was no invoice or bill. The following month received another order of proactive skin care and another box of vita clear. I did the online cpr and first aid courses in early September, passed both courses, and put the cost of both certificates on my discover card. I have not received either card as of Thursday, October 2, but the charges for each card has been added to my master card. I signed up for 3-D earth. I had first said no and I was offered the same deal for half price. So 3 years for $6 and change instead of $12 and change. When my approval came through, the price was raised to $50.38. I called their 1 866 903 4555 number and all I did was waith and be disconnected. I called six times and got two waits, one person but immediately cut off and three blanks and then all end with "Goodbye." This has to be a scam and I won't pay you. While surfing the net for a loan this company come up and even though we hit not interested we got scammed. A few days later a withdrawal of $149.00 was taken out of our acct. Do not use Sears repair! They had 2 consecutive days of no show, and all they had were excuses. They were polite on the phone, but they did not offer any compensation for 2 wasted days. I purchased a garbage disposal and a service contract to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. The service man did half the job and said the wiring was in bad shape and it should be looked by a electrical repair person. He said that this report would be turned into the Sears repair service and the will call me and tell me what they are going to do. I received no call. Company does not exchange merchandise reguardless. AMO does offe store credit, refunds or exchanges. A M O has a PRE-PRINTED form mimeographed letter which states the product was used. I worked for this company for four days and was promised by the manager Alex to get paid 50 dollars a day at least for training. I worked twelve hours each day and was not paid near anything what the manager had told me. Just look up bmf global- scams on google and you will find a lot of other complaints like mine. I am new to the Rochester area and have had a membership at Fitness 19 for about 6 weeks. I am taking classes at the local university and found out my tution covers the university's recreation center. I went into Fitness 19 and spoke with Erhan Guler. He was ready to allow me to cancel my membership until he found out I had paid in full. He refused to refund any portion of the money I had paid although the contract I had signed made no mention of rules for those paying in full. My partner ordered American Woodmark cabinets through Lowe's in 2004. We didn't install the cabinets until 2006. Drawers were of poor quality and after complaining to Lowe's the mfg. sent out a rep. Laminate in drawers was poor and wearing through and drawer slides were garbage. I was told by the factory rep. that they discontinued using the slides before we ordered our cabinets. Just discovered an unauthorized charge that I assumed was a credit protection plan, that began on my Bank of America Card a year ago. Purchased an AKAI 32" LCD and within 14 months the main PCB board failed. Of course the waranty was for ony 12 months. The cost of the LCD was around $700 US and the quote to repair is over $1100 US. On 7/22 & 8/23 2008 I had $9.99 charge on my AT&T cell phone bill by New Motion Inc. I never gave permission for such charges. I have since talked to a rep at AT&T and he was very much aware of this company. He will credit my account and stop a subscription to whatever they put on my bill.
