I don't know who these people are, the 1-866 number just gives you canned music and no person picks up. I did not order teeth whitening products, I have dentures for crying out loud. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. I had thought - I found a good deal for my wedding - but ended up getting what I paid for. The attendant was unprofessional, the photobooth was not even working 50% of the time, and in the end - it was the worst part of the wedding. I have two unauthorized charges on my Visa card that I want returned to my bank. The phone number is not in service @ the webinaccess and the paysupport.com people gave me a cancellation $ and a website where they will take care of me, so here I am because they way of helping me is to send me to a complaint page that will do what for me? Meanwhile my account has been over drawn because of this and I have just enough money in my account to pay my rent and that's all. All these overdraft fees have wiped me out. I ordered the sample bottle of pure acai berries and authorized that charge of $1.99 US to my Amex. $5.99 US was charged on September 12th and I received the bottle at the end of September. Arty's Tees sales clerk took order over phone and misspelled word. When consumer's friend went to pick up the shirt and stated that it was misspelled the sales clerk said "that is how it is spelled in French" First that is not correct, but who wants a tee shirt with french spelling anyway. I believe my back window broke because the trunk on my ford focus always shut hard. My dealer in tn. will not pay 1 cent to have it fixed. I have bought 2 new cars at that dealer. Talk about not standing behind their product. My car is a 2007 ford focus I bought it new 8 months ago. Ive always had to shut the trunk hard because it would look shut but wouldn't be.
