I went to get a part, and I was followed around as if I wanted to steal something. The general manager asked to black employees to defuse the situation because they could relate to another Black man. This is not the first time, prior to this I was asked if I wanted a job application when I went to view the Rx300. This time an employee told me that they were going to call police on me because I am an irritate customer. The GM tried to speak to me but his demeanor waws that of ignorance as he guaranteed me that the customer was always right. I want Ray Catena (the owner) to contact me. "Connecticut Drive Right" a driving school has change follow in fees to attain DMV test at their center.
1> $40 = t0 take driving written test
2> $80 = to use their car in behind the wheel test.

Campos Charter Law Firm
I went through Campos Charter Law firm to settle my debt well over a year ago and as of yesterday they still have not taken care of my debt. They told me they had sent out letters to these creditors, but they did not. Now I am getting a bunch of calls from these creditors and the creditors have never even heard of Campos. Sears / Kenmore Double Oven
Our oven began beeping and displayed the error code "FO". We contacted Sears and they sent out a repairman who checked the oven and told us we needed an oven control module. He charged us $70 and the part cost $205. On 9/8/08 a repairman came to install the part and charge us another $137. On 9/11/08 the oven displayed the error code "FO" again. At this point I am starting to think this is a message from Sears to their customers.

When i noticed my bank cards missing, I contacted my local office and asked them to discontinue my cards. They said they could not because my wife was added to my account, but she was out of town i explained to them and that she could not come in. A few days later when she was back we checked with them and now my account was 500 $ in the hole. For 2 years I have been complaining that the water is tainted and even stagnant. I had complained to GSW and they sent Robinson who has done little if anything at all about the condition of the water. I had an expert from DWP of Los Angeles informed me that because I live on a dead end, more because I am the last meter, the water I receive is not suitable nor safe for my family. I switched my VOIP service from Lingo to Comcast in May. I attempted to make several phone calls to Lingo to cancel my account, but was never able to speak to a customer service rep. Instead I heard a voice message telling me that Lingo's voicemail box was full before my call was dropped.

I wanted to cancel the warranty but they said I can not get back my money. Since I will loose money without getting anything I let it go. Do not use this business. I was overcharge for a new air conditioner unit and they did faulty installation that cause my air conditioner unit to leak FREON. This unit was under warranty and they still charged me $500 to fill-up a 3 ton unit with FREON. Afterwards, I called another Plumber and they said this should have been covered under the warranty. He also said I was way overcharged for the price of FREON. I took this company to the BBB and they are still fighting. I have tried this system in two states and have seen the same results in both. I feel that they put you out on dates just to get you out there, it's a numbers game. LOWES EXTENDED WARRANTY
Our Frigidaire stove that is a little over a year old, has a chip in the porcelain on the top of the stove. Since the manufacturer warranty recently expired, we contacted Lowe's as we had purchased an extended warranty at the time we purchased the stove. A service technician from A and E factory service came out on September 23, 2008. He deemed the defect to be cosmetic and had us sent touch up paint. DO NOT USE HMS Home Warranty. We had (and still do) a problem with our blower within the furnace/AC. We have a high efficiency HVAC unit and the blower motor went out on September 12th. So..no A/C. The mortgage I was with Ocwen sold the loan to ASC, who claims to have just be servicing my loan for Select Servicing Servicing, Inc. the money I sent to ASC for my july mortgage has not been forwarded over to SPS and I keep getting late fees and negative reports on my credit.
